Anti-CysLTR1 (C173) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CysLTR1, generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 140–189 of human CysLTR1 as the immunogen. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and specifically detects endogenous levels of CysLTR1 protein, a target with a reported molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
