Anti-CYR61 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG directed against CYR61 (also known as CCN1), supplied in liquid form and unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 120–220 of human CYR61 (NP_001545.2), and the antibody is prepared by affinity purification.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a target molecular weight of 41 kDa and a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
