Sourced from Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal-region peptide of human CyPA and recognizes endogenous levels of the cyclophilin A target, also known as PPIA, peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase A, rotamase A, or cyclosporin A-binding protein. The antiserum was purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. Provided unconjugated at 50 µl per vial, the antibody is validated for ELISA and Western blot workflows and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, with published blot data covering 293, HepG2, A549, SH-SY5Y, PC-12, BXPC-3, and Jurkat cells as well as mouse kidney and lung lysates.
