Anti-CYP7B1 (Q127) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101-150 of Human CYP7B1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP7B1 protein. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 58 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
