A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to CYP7A1, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 390-504 of human CYP7A1 (NP_000771.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of 58 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
