Anti-CYP4V2 Antibody

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 61 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 246–525 of human CYP4V2 (NP_997235.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
