Anti-CYP4F2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CYP4F2. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 76–121 of Human CYP4F2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP4F2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
