Anti-CYP4F12 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CYP4F12, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The antibody recognises human, mouse and rat samples and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 265–524 of human CYP4F12 (NP_076433.3). Affinity-purified and provided in a liquid formulation of Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

CYP4F12 belongs to the cytochrome P450 family 4, subfamily F, and is encoded on chromosome 19. Tissue expression data describe enhanced expression in the intestine and liver, and the protein is predicted to localise to intracellular and membrane compartments.
