Anti-CYP46A1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CYP46A1 and supplied as a liquid reagent in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–280 of human CYP46A1 (NP_006659.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 57 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity purification and is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The concentration is lot specific.
