Anti-CYP3A4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, raised in Rabbit, and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 244–503 of human CYP3A4 (NP_059488.2). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 57 kDa. For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
