Anti-CYP3A4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 244–503 of human CYP3A4 (NP_059488.2) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with the catalogue source additionally listing immunofluorescence (IF).

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa. It is purified by affinity purification. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:20–1:50 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
