Anti-CYP3A4/5 (F386) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CYP3A4 (also referred to as CYP3A4/5) and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 351–400 of human CYP3A4. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP3A4/5 protein, with a target band at approximately 57 kDa. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.
