Anti-CYP2J2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CYP2J2 and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–315 of human CYP2J2 and detects endogenous levels of CYP2J2 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 57 kDa.
