Anti-CYP2C8/9/18/19 (M136) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human CYP2C8 and is designated Anti-CYP2C8/9/18/19 (M136). It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of CYP2C8/9/18/19 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The predicted molecular weight of the target is ~60 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
