Anti-CYP2C19 (K270) Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets the CYP2C19 protein at the K270 epitope and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 250–300 of human CYP2C19, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of CYP2C19 protein.

It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human samples. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Reported purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target has an observed molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa.
