Anti-CYP2A7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CYP2A7. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (ICC). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 435-480 of human CYP2A7 was used as the immunogen, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP2A7 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target CYP2A7 protein migrates at approximately 56 kDa.
