Anti-CYP2A6 (E131) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CYP2A6 (E131), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is produced in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It is indicated for use with human, mouse and rat samples.

Specificity is directed against endogenous levels of CYP2A6 protein, using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 101–150 of human CYP2A6. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum via epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 56 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
