Anti-CYP2A13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human cytochrome P450 2A13 (CYP2A13, also referred to as CYPIIA13). The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP2A13 protein and is provided as an unconjugated IgG buffered in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. Supplied in a 50 µl volume, the reagent is validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The antibody is dispatched at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve binding activity. The polyclonal host species (rabbit), unconjugated format and IgG class make this reagent suitable for direct labelling or secondary-detection workflows across a broad range of immunoassays.
