Anti-CYP24A1 (R439) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CYP24A1 and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–450 of human CYP24A1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, and is supported by two scientific validation images.

Supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide (approx. pH 7.2), the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of CYP24A1 protein.
