From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CYP24A1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG.
The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 36-448 of human CYP24A1 (NP_001122387.1). The protein target has a molecular weight of 65 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.
Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
