Anti-CYP21A2 (F177) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com and raised against CYP21A2, validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 141–190 of human CYP21A2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of CYP21A2 protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~55 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
