Anti-CYP21A2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to CYP21A2 supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human samples. It is raised in rabbit and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total CYP21A2 protein.

The antibody is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to the C-terminal of human CYP21A2.
