Anti-CYP1A1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises CYP1A1 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 185-316 of human CYP1A1 (NP_000490.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by 3 scientific validation images. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. Representative validation data include Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines at 1:1,000 dilution using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, with lysates at 25µg per lane blocked in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST and detected with an ECL Basic Kit at 3s exposure, together with immunofluorescence analysis of NIH/3T3 and PC-12 cells at 1:100 dilution (40x lens) with DAPI nuclear staining.
