Anti-CYP19A1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this affinity-purified polyclonal IgG reagent targets human CYP19A1, the aromatase cytochrome P450 enzyme that catalyzes the terminal, rate-limiting step in estrogen biosynthesis from androgen precursors. The unconjugated antibody is supplied from Antibodies.com as a 200 µl liquid vial and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human tissue sections and cell lysates.
