Anti-CYP17A1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Cytochrome P450 17A1 (CYP17A1). The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, intended for research use only.

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 57 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 209–508 of human CYP17A1 (NP_000093.1). The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
