Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the CYP17A1 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human samples.
The reagent was raised against recombinant full-length human CYP17A1 and detects endogenous levels of CYP17A1 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 57 kDa.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
