Anti-CYP11B1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes cytochrome P450 11B1, the steroid 11-beta-hydroxylase enzyme that converts 11-deoxycortisol to cortisol within the zona fasciculata of the adrenal cortex. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of antiserum and is validated for Western blot detection of the target protein in lysates from human and mouse samples.
