Anti-CYLD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CYLD (CYLD lysine 63 deubiquitinase), a deubiquitinating enzyme mapped to chromosome 16. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 654–953 of human CYLD (NP_001035877.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 107 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. Concentration is lot specific.
