Anti-CYFRA21-1 Antibody [C4]

The Antibodies.com Anti-CYFRA21-1 Antibody [C4] recognizes the soluble fragment of cytokeratin 19 (KRT19), a circulating tumor biomarker routinely measured to aid diagnosis and monitoring of non-small cell lung cancer and other epithelial malignancies. The clone is supplied as a mouse IgG1 monoclonal reagent at 1 mg, unconjugated, and validated for western blot, ELISA, chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA), and immunometric (ITM) detection platforms. Researchers commonly apply this reagent to detect released CYFRA21-1 in serum samples from patients under evaluation for pulmonary nodules, or to characterize cytokeratin 19 expression in tumor tissue.
