Anti-CYFIP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 2 (CYFIP2), also referenced as PIR121, KIAA1168, and p53-inducible protein 121. The antibody was raised against a fusion protein corresponding to residues near the C-terminus of the human CYFIP2 sequence and recognises endogenous levels of the total CYFIP2 protein, making it suitable for studies in human and mouse samples. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with published example data showing a clear band on 6% SDS-PAGE using mouse brain and human fetal brain lysates, as well as positive staining on paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG. The antibody is supplied unconjugated, purified by antigen affinity chromatography, and formulated in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
