Anti-CYFIP2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography from Antibodies.com, this polyclonal IgG reagent targets cytoplasmic FMR1-interacting protein 2 (CYFIP2) and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use 100 µl aliquot. The immunogen is a recombinant protein fragment spanning amino acids 346–610 of human CYFIP2, allowing the antiserum to recognise the endogenous protein in validated Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. In-house validation on 30 µg of whole-cell lysate (Molt-4) resolved by 5% SDS-PAGE shows a clean band with the primary antibody diluted 1:1000, and the reagent is reported to detect total CYFIP2 in human samples.
