Anti-CYFIP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets CYFIP1 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent with an IgG isotype. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human CYFIP1 (NP_055423.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 145 kDa.

The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:100-1:500 for IP. The product has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
