Anti-CYCS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against cytochrome c, somatic (CYCS), and is validated for use in Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody detects the endogenous level of total CYCS protein and was generated using a recombinant human CYCS immunogen, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. For routine handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
