Anti-CYCS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cytochrome C (CYCS), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a liquid reagent validated for Western blot, IHC-P, ICC/IF and ELISA. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–105 of human Cytochrome C, with the antigen species being Human. The reagent is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300 and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Molecular weight is reported as 14 kDa with a predicted MW of 12 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and ELISA: 1 µg/ml. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
