Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes cyclin T2, a regulatory subunit that partners with CDK9 in the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) complex to control RNA polymerase II elongation. Antibodies.com supplies the reagent at 100 µl per vial, validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples.
Researchers investigating transcriptional elongation, HIV-1 Tat cofactor biology, and CDK9-dependent signaling pathways use this reagent to probe cyclin T2 expression across cell lines and tissue sections. The unconjugated format supports flexible labeling with secondary reporters of the user's choice, and the polyclonal profile offers broader epitope coverage than monoclonal alternatives for detecting endogenous cyclin T2 isoforms. Intended for research use only.
