Cyclin-L1 (CCNL1) is a nuclear cyclin family member best characterized for its role in pre-mRNA splicing and regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription, where it associates with CDK11 and the positive transcription elongation factor b (P-TEFb) complex. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against Cyclin-L1 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.
The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl volume, providing material for repeated probing across multiple blotting or staining experiments. As a polyclonal reagent, it recognizes multiple epitopes on Cyclin-L1, which is useful for detecting the protein in denatured whole-cell lysates by WB and in fixed tissue sections by IHC. Researchers studying transcriptional elongation, spliceosome regulation, and CCNL1 expression patterns in cancer cell models commonly apply this reagent.
