Anti-Cyclin G Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets total Cyclin G protein for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. It is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the IgG isotype and an unconjugated format ready for downstream labelling. The reagent was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from human Cyclin G and has been validated to react with human, mouse and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of the target. For handling, the vial ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
