Anti-Cyclin F Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against Cyclin F (gene symbol CCNF, also known as F-box only protein 1 / FBX1 / FBXO1) and recognises endogenous levels of the total protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human Cyclin F sequence, and reactivity has been validated for human samples in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored long-term at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
