Anti-Cyclin E1 (phospho-T395) Antibody

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cyclin E1 around the Threonine 395 phosphorylation site, and it detects endogenous levels of Cyclin E1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr395. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight is approximately 48 kDa, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen to a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
