Anti-Cyclin E1 (I119) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cyclin E1, recognising the I119 region. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 90–135 of human Cyclin E1, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of Cyclin E1 protein.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The antibody is unconjugated and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The Cyclin E1 target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa.
