Anti-Cyclin E1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Cyclin E1, a key regulator of the G1/S phase transition. It is supplied as 50 µl of liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from a peptide sequence surrounding the non-phosphorylation site at threonine 395 of human Cyclin E1. Validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA applications, the polyclonal antibody reliably detects endogenous levels of Cyclin E1 protein in human samples. The reagent is reactive with human Cyclin E1 (also known by the aliases CCNE, CCNE1 and G1/S-specific cyclin-E1) and is recommended to be stored at -20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year.
