Anti-Cyclin D1 Antibody [E16-l]

Rabbit monoclonal antibody [E16-l] specific for Cyclin D1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is unconjugated, was raised in Rabbit, and is reactive with Human samples. It has been validated for use in immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections (IHC-P) and on frozen sections (IHC-Fr).

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human cyclin D1, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Val282 and Val293. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:100 to 1:200 for IHC.
