The Antibodies.com anti-Cyclin D1 polyclonal antibody is raised against the ~36 kDa CCND1 protein, a key regulator of the G1 to S phase transition that forms active complexes with CDK4 and CDK6. This unconjugated IgG reagent detects endogenous cyclin D1 in human, mouse, and rat samples by western blot, supporting studies of cell-cycle progression, Rb phosphorylation, and oncogenic transformation in breast cancer, mantle cell lymphoma, and multiple myeloma research. The 100 µg liquid formulation is supplied ready to dilute in standard western blotting workflows; store at -20 °C for long-term stability, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and aliquot upon first use to preserve antibody activity. Predominantly nuclear localization of the target should be considered when interpreting band patterns near the 36 kDa marker.
