Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against Cyclin D1, a key regulator of the G1/S cell-cycle transition. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the human Cyclin D1 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of threonine 286, allowing the antibody to detect endogenous levels of the protein across multiple species. Supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the product is unconjugated and is provided in a 50 µL format. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA workflows, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited for comparative studies in cell biology and oncology research. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring strong specificity for Cyclin D1. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
