Anti-Cyclin B3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against Cyclin B3, this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous Cyclin B3 in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Cyclin B3 (gene symbol CCNB3) is a B-type cyclin that partners with cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1) to regulate the G2/M transition of the cell cycle. It has also been linked to meiotic progression in oocytes and to aberrant proliferation in certain cancer types, making antibodies against it useful tools for cell cycle, developmental biology, and oncology research.

For handling, the antibody is intended for research use only.
