Anti-Cyclin B1 (Ab-147) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide spanning residues 145–149 (A-F-S-D-V) of human Cyclin B1 and is affinity-purified on an epitope-specific peptide column to recognize endogenous levels of the total CCNB1 protein (also known as G2/mitotic-specific cyclin-B1). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL liquid format, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with a predicted molecular weight of around 60 kDa.
