Anti-Cyclin A1 Antibody

A polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against Cyclin A1, supplied unconjugated and validated for WB and IHC applications on human samples. The antibody recognises endogenous levels of total Cyclin A1 protein and was generated using a synthesised peptide derived from human Cyclin A1 as immunogen.

Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
