Anti-CYC1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as an IgG isotype, targets CYC1 and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is also validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 85–291 of human CYC1 (NP_001907.2) and is affinity purified. The expected molecular weight is 35 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
