Anti-CYBB Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody available from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human NOX2/gp91phox (CYBB). The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
