Anti-CYBA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Cytochrome b245 Light Chain/p22-phox (CYBA), offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 126–195 of human CYBA (NP_000092.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The manufacturer reports the antibody to be reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
